Entry forms must be post marked by July 25, 2009. We will not accept any late applications. You will need to send this form along with a wallet size photo (black and white or colored) and your $50.00 sponsor fee. There will be no refunds on the entry fee.

Rules and Regulations
Age Limit: Contestant must be 16 before August 10, 2009 and not older than 21 by January 1, 2010.
Must be unmarried and remain unmarried and have not had a marriage annulled throughout the reign of the selected queen.
Must not be pregnant nor get pregnant during the reign, nor have been pregnant or given birth to a child.
Must be a resident of Wetzel and Tyler County and continue to be a resident throughout the reign of the selected queen.
Must participation in all the pageant activities including: practices, promotion, personal interviews, street wear, evening gown, and on stage interview.
$50.00 entry fee will be needed to participate in the pageant. Contestants must be sponsored by a local business, organization, parents, grandparents, other family members, friends, and anyone else that would like to sponsor them in the pageant. The entry fee must be sent in with the application or it won’t be accepted.
All Practices are Mandatory: If you do not show for the practice you will not be allowed to compete in the pageant.
There will be one practice and that will be on August 8th at 1:00.
