TOWN AND COUNTRY DAYS
Town and Country Days 2009 is now history, with many memories and stories to tell about our great fair. Good weather was on our side this year, with rain only on Monday afternoon, but did not hinder the attendance for the scheduled evening activities. Attendance for the week was up a little compared to last year’s attendance. With the economic conditions in our area somewhat compressed, Town and Country Days Fair was very well attended.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of the state and local politicians for their continued support of Town and Country Days. Also, the Board of Directors, Honorary Directors and the many volunteers that help make our fair a success. Last but not least, our sponsors are very important to promoting our fair and we appreciate everything they do for us.
Town and Country Days Inc. will be celebrating our 50th anniversary in 2010, and plans are already underway to make 2010 the best celebration in fifty years.
